Who We Serve
Over 30 million Americans have significant hearing loss. While the use of sign language is common, many people who are deaf or hard of hearing rely on English to communicate. Captioning is the translation of the spoken English word translated instantaneously into English text.
Our realtime Internet captioning takes communication access wherever it is needed. Specifically through Communication Access Realtime Translation [CART], we offer live captioning at events like religious services, conventions, business meetings, public hearings, or in classrooms.
What Makes Us Different?
Voice to Print Captioning, under the leadership of Kathy Cortopassi, is passionate about providing realtime captioning services and treats every single customer with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
We have over 27 years of experience working with people who are deaf or have hearing loss, and now our realtime Internet captioning takes communication access wherever it is needed. We are committed to providing the highest quality customer-focused services to individuals who have hearing loss.
No goal is unattainable – our technology, experience, and desire to help turn your event accommodation challenges into stress-free events.
